Such a simple word that can provide us with an immense amount of comfort and assistance. As I was writing this, I realized this profoundly small word provides us with the three R’s. ⠀

Relaxation, Replenish, and Reflection⠀

Relaxation π§πΌ♀️ —In a world with so much chaos around, there is a pulling need to find some relief. Breathing in fresh air can slow down your heart rate and the outside world for a minute. ⠀

TIP: Set aside 5-10 minutes each day to stretch or meditate. ⠀

Replenish π§ —We all need a good rejuvenation. Give your body and soul time to have a sense of healing with a long walk around the city lake or a quiet hike through the mountains.⠀
TIP: Be sure to get a full night sleep. A hearty 8 hours can do wonders for your mind, body, and even skin⠀

TIP: Keep a daily journal and write your thoughts in it. Reading your past thoughts can sometimes highlight the future.

⠀When we are close to nature we understand everything better. We are mesmerized by its beauty that we forget our tensions and hectic affairs. Nature is something that give us peace of mind and our mind began to think positively.☺️
